Hi, I'm Amaaria. My passion is to create books and digital materials that help people reconnect with their inner harmony, intuition, and creativity. My work is rooted in a mindfulness-based approach, coaching mindset, and creative exercises.
I have worked as a writer for corporations and communications for many years. As a certified coach, mindfulness teacher, and holder of a master’s degree in art philosophy, I have studied the human mind and inner growth in various ways.
